UT GivePower is a student organization at The University of Texas at Austin. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you create an account or sign up to get involved, we collect the information you give us — such as your name, email address, and the committee or role you’re interested in. We may also collect basic, non-identifying usage information to help us improve the site.
How we use it
We use your information to run the organization: to contact you about membership, to coordinate projects, events, and treks, and to keep you informed about UT GivePower. We do not use it for any unrelated purpose.
How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate — for example, Supabase, which hosts our member accounts and database — and only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law or by university policy.
Your choices
You can ask us to review, update, or delete your personal information at any time. Just email us and we’ll take care of it.
